Management Team

Tim Teitelbaum is Chairman and CEO of GrammaTech and is also a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell University, which he joined in 1973. His pioneering work on programming environments and incremental computation is widely cited in the literature. Teitelbaum is well known as the creator of the Cornell Program Synthesizer, one of the seminal systems that established the viability of integrated language-based programming environments.

Thomas Reps is President of GrammaTech and is also a faculty member in the Computer Sciences Department at the Univ. of Wisconsin, which he joined in 1985. Prof. Reps is well known for his work on static-analysis algorithms, including the invention of the attribute-grammar paradigm for incremental static-semantic analysis. Reps has received numerous awards for his work, including the ACM Doctoral Dissertation Award, an NSF Presidential Young Investigator Award, a Packard Fellowship, a Humboldt Research Award, and a Guggenheim Fellowship. He is also an ACM Fellow.

Paul Anderson is Vice President of Engineering at GrammaTech. Dr. Anderson received his B.Sc. from Kings College, University of London and his Ph.D. from City University London. Dr. Anderson’s work has been reported in numerous articles, journal publications, book chapters, and international conferences.

David Melski is Vice President of Research at GrammaTech. Melski graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Computer Sciences and Russian Studies. He also received his Ph.D. in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Melski's work in static analysis and interprocedural path-profiling techniques has been featured in numerous articles and conferences.

Mark Zarins is Vice President of Products at GrammaTech. He graduated with distinction from Pomona College with a B.A. in Physics. He received his MBA and M.Eng. in Computer Science from Cornell University. Before joining GrammaTech, he worked at Wind River Systems. He is based in GrammaTech's San Jose office.

Krisztina Nagy is Corporate Controller for GrammaTech. She received her M.S. in Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania and her MBA from University of Economic Sciences in Budapest, Hungary. She is a CPA and worked at KPMG before joining GrammaTech.
