Technical Support Specialist S09-01
GrammaTech is seeking a technical support specialist for our CodeSonar® static analysis product. The primary responsibility will be to help answer technical questions from customers and prospects, mainly by e-mail, but also by telephone.
The minimum requirements for this position are:
- Either:
- BS in Computer Science + 1 year experience, or
- MS in Computer Science
- Good C/C++ skills
We are especially interested in the following additional attributes:
- Familiarity with building programs on multiple operating systems with a variety of build systems
- Experience with static-analysis tools
- US citizenship is preferred.
