Sales Operations Coordinator SO09-01
GrammaTech is looking for a sales operations coordinator to join
our company in Ithaca, New York. The successful applicant will report
to the Vice President of Products, and assist in all aspects of sales
and marketing activity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team in lead processing and product evaluations.
- Performing order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Answering routine product questions and directing questions to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Phoning/emailing customers and prospects to augment the efforts of the Sales team as needed.
- Tracking sales activity, and developing and maintaining reports for management and Sales team.
- Tracking and renewing maintenance contracts.
- Maintaining the customer database.
- Responding to new requirements for sales analysis and reporting.
- Making trade show and travel arrangements.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced skills in Word and Excel.
- Must be organized with high attention to detail; able to take
charge, set objectives, and drive results.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams, and to handle/prioritize
multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: BA/BS (Business or Finance preferred), or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting a Sales or Operations organization a plus.
- US citizenship.
