GrammaTech is looking for smart sales engineers to support evaluations of GrammaTech's software-development tools. This position is located in Ithaca, NY.
Successful candidates will:
- Conduct demos for prospective customers using web conferencing software (e.g., WebEx).
- Work with sales to move evaluations forward.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to engineers evaluating GrammaTech products.
- Respond to questions from prospective customers.
- Work with sales to expand existing accounts.
- Represent GrammaTech at tradeshows and other lead-generation events.
Qualifications
Technical expertise is just as important as sales experience. A BS/BA degree is required, preferably in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of C/C++ is essential. Good knowledge of build environments (e.g., make) is important. A strong command of Windows and Unix is essential. Some travel will be required.
