If Yes, objects are prettyprinted with the width parameter taken from the width of the window in which they are displayed. If No, objects are prettyprinted with the width parameter taken from editor parameter Absolute Right Margin.
In either case, the value of Absolute Right Margin is used when objects are written to files in text format.
