Numerous Ada compilers are integrated with Ada-ASSURED. At most one compiler at a time is enabled for invocation by the compile command.

If the Rational VADS Ada compiler (originally the Verdix compiler) is not the currently enabled compiler, choose it. Otherwise, disable it.
