set-parameters

set-parameters pops up a dialog box containing controls for each editor parameter, with the current value of each parameter highlighted. Clicking Select on the controls changes proposed values for parameters; however these values do not go into effect until Select is clicked on Start or Apply. Clicking on Start pops down the dialog box, while clicking on Apply leaves it in place. Clicking Select on Cancel removes the dialog box without resetting the editor parameters.
