Scripts

The scripting language plays numerous roles in Ada-ASSURED: (a) editor customization and extension, (b) tool integration, (c) batch control, and (d) server communication.

Scripts can be invoked in various ways, including commands, transforms, entry into buffer *transcript*, and receipt of messages from other processes. See Scripting Language in the Ada-ASSURED Reference Manual for a full description.

Some important commands for scripts are:
