print-setupprint-setup supports customization of print parameters.
| X |
The dialog box for print-setup contains controls that show the current values of the print parameters. Activating the controls selects proposed values for parameters; these values go into effect when Select is clicked on Start. Clicking Select on Cancel removes the dialog box without resetting the print parameters. Clicking Select on two-up sets the print parameters for 2-up printing, which prints two columns in landscape mode, scaled so that line breaks occur in the same places they would if the document were in one-column, portrait mode. Clicking Select on Scale to fit sets the print parameters so that a line of editor parameter Absolute Right Margin characters in the largest style will fit on one line of the page. This command causes lines of output to correspond exactly to lines of files saved in text format, and ensures that the lines will not wrap. |
