oa-navigate-to-stp

Displays the design model that corresponds to the unit in the current source buffer in the Software through Pictures system. Note that this not possible if any of these conditions exist:

1. StP is not installed
2. The ObjectAda/StP integration packages is not installed
3. There is no existing model for the specified unit

The cursor must be in a package name for the navigation to work.
