Footer

Determines the text and format of the footer of each printed page. In addition to text, certain substitutions are allowed in the footer. A substitution is the percent (`%') character followed by another character that has a special meaning. For example, a footer of ``%p of %t'' would become the current page number, followed by the word ``of'', followed by the total number of pages. The full set of substitutions is described separately below.
