coerce-buffer name

Changes the syntactic category of the current buffer to name. Currently only coercion to and from buffers of syntactic category TEXT is defined. Coercion is only valid if the browser is displaying the buffer in BASEVIEW. If coercing from TEXT, the text is parsed as name and converted to structure just as if it was read from a file.
