If new-window is no, the view association of the current window is changed to view. If new-window is yes, a new window is created displaying the same buffer in the given view. The new and old windows are placed in the same auto-scroll sets, so changing the structural selection in one window scrolls the other window.
The dialog box associated with the command is initialized with a list of all views. Double-clicking on one of the view names in the list invokes the command on that name. The argument box is initialized with the view currently associated with the window.
